I'm not sure of this without more context. "Residual" stock/inventory/products normally refers to those remaining unsold at the time of the next delivery ("remaindered", if the product has been superseded by a new one or a new model), but from the context provided it's not clear why the supplier needs to come and collect these goods. You could also use a less technical term: "the value of the unsold products".
