Я бы перевела как shareholder, т.к. владение паями это тоже форма участия в акционерном капитале. Однако, есть разные мнения по переводу этого слова. А лучше всего, наверное, для пайщика взять нейтральное слово "Investor". Выбор, впрочем, за Вами. |
