Would like to add that Works is not a misprint. The scope of work/services to be done is normally defined in the agreements/contracts as "Works". And in some cases it might include delivery, etc.

agree  ViBe: can fly, but "work" (singular) vice "works" // In what agreements? Why "THE" agreements? A native speaker would hardly use "work" in plural, unless they want to convey a different meaning, but not "работы".
