neutral  Dorene Cornwell: In the US this would most likely be valet parking. That is cars are crammed into lots but it works because there is a human who has been given everyone's keys and who can move all the cars necessary when a specific one is requested.

  -> That was my first thought, but then I realized I've seen valet parking organized in a regular garage with stalls...
