Russian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Construction / Civil Engineering / Contract
Russian term or phrase:Договор строительного подряда
Лингво: "Договор строительного подряда = Building Contract". "Construction Contract = 1. договор подряда (как правило строительного, однако термин может применяться по отношению к любому другому договору подряда).. 2. договор на производство строительных работ".
Словом, синонимы на первый взгляд.
Интересует, как их развести в переводе на русский, да и в понятийном смысле (Russian vs the laws of England). Какой из них ближе к русскому "Договор строительного подряда"?
Раньше была уверена, что "Building Contract", но почитав кое-что на эту тему из the laws of England (см. ниже), совсем запуталась.

ИМХО, Construction Contract - более широкое, комплексное понятие в сравнении с Building Contract. К примеру, Building Contract = надо перестроить/пристроить что-то к существующему зданию, т.е. просто строительные работы провести (Отношения Заказчик - Подрядчик). А Construction Contract = это и снос, и застройка, и просто какие-то строительные работы, и инжиниринговые работы (Отношения Заказчик - Генеральный подрядчик, субподрядчики) - это как раз мой случай.
Правильно ли будет в этом случае перевести как "Construction Contract"?
