Should be \"the\" not \"them\". In full: Komi Order of the Badge of Honor State Teachers Institute/College. Personally I would leave out \"Order of the Badge of Honor\" as these Soviet orders awarded to institutes, factories, etc. are just verbiage cluttering up a translation and adding nothing to it. Who cares if an institute was awarded one of the jillion Soviet orders - it means nothing to the reader.
