In the U.S. we don't say "lycee" or "lyceum" or any other form of this French word. The English equivalent that we use in the U.S. is "high school". We never say it any other way, especially not "lycee/lyceum", because we simply don't use this word, it's just a French calque that doesn't mean anything to us.
