Этот вариант позволяет сохранить исходную структуру предложения и не выяснять, какой именно документ выдают после окончания СУЗа и курсов. Насколько мне известно, по окончании СУЗа выдается диплом, но это общие знания.

"Для регистрации в качестве ищущего работу... необходимо предоставить документы, удостоверяющие профессиональную квалификацию. Это может быть и диплом, и копия диплома, и даже справка из учебного заведения об окночании его и получении профессии".
