Выходы всех генераторов (синусоидных и прямоугольных импульсов) через сумматор подсоединены к выходному каскаду.

Each generator sequentially produces its own output signal (sine- or square-wave). The key here is that the signals are sequential, the end of one impulse triggers the next generator. So this "сумматор", in my mind, doesn't really "add" or "totalize" but rather "strings them together"
