To me, "great" as a compliment means "precision"
Finding a "great answer" by "great research" takes just two steps:
(1) extracting the right key words, often masked by negligible ones (as "перепад" here or "работы" elsewhere)
(2) hitting the bullseye by googling those words + some "pinpointers" (as "OSHA" for your questions)
When step 1 is precise, step 2 works almost automatically
My "snide remarks" are always about lack of precision, never about anyone's English (i.e. never personal for that matter)
