"схема" - одно из самых полисемичных слов, поэтому, имхо, нужно руководствоваться больше "нюхом", т.е. это может быть и сама исп. установка, и процедура проведения исп. = measurement/testing setup +procedure...

Asker: Thank you Arrigo, but this needs to be very specific. Set-up is possible, but the rest of your options given are not related to схема испытаний (procedure - метод, parameters - свойства/параметры, protocols - отчеты.. )

Asker: you may be right, but wouldn't that be "порядок"? схема seems to be a specific part of test procedure (метод), that defines how testing is performed (как расположен образец на стенде, подключение КИП, etc). Разве не так?
