Russian term or phrase: "воздух-срочная"
I think this may be "Air to........" Can anyone help on this one too. Very much appreciated.

Here срочная seems to be "periodic, routine" - not "urgent":

I believe this "block" is synonym for "form" (форма) - a sheet (or a pack of sheets) with some routine data. "Srochnaya" goes separately, see above.
