peer agreement (net): +1| гипотеза "pairing effect" hypothesis Explanation: Возможно тут имеется в виду, что два транспортных средства, идущих параллельным курсом с большой скоростью на близком расстоянии притягиваются друг к другу за счет действия аэродинамических сил (общеизвестная сила Бернулли). Не берусь судить, насколько это дело может объяснить транспортное происшествие (разве что "братки" развлекались), уж очень большая скорость и близкое расстояние нужны, но в морском деле это явление хорошо известно. Суда, идущие параллельным курсом не должны близко приближаться друг к другу. |
