(специально не пишу ...Personnel and Canine Training, чтобы не ставить рядом людей и собак, как бы уравнивая их упоминанием подряд в кач-ве однородных членов предложения)
Asker: Для "кинологии" здесь лучше всего, наверное, -- Canine Enforcement Training. Например, в США есть целый "U.S. Customs Canine Enforcement Training Center", учреждение очень развитое и, говорят, наилучшее в мире в этой области...
