Что вижу, о том пою
Так называют метод, используемый восточными (тюркскими) певцами-импровизаторами (акынами). Акыны поют песни не по заранее заготовленному тексту, а поют о том, что видят, подбирая слова по ходу пения. Соответственно содержание песен незамысловатое и довольно примитивное.

Это выражение может быть употреблено с иронией по отношению к произведению искусства, чтобы принизить его значение.

Часто используется иронически по отношению к людям, которые много говорят обо всём подряд.
