Russian term or phrase: пересмотр сделок
Dear Colleagues,

I'm not sure how to translate "пересмотр" in the following context:

Перечень форс-мажорных обстоятельств, являющих основанием для приостановки работы, а также ПЕРЕСМОТРА ЗАКЛЮЧЕННЫХ СДЕЛОК: военные действия, террористические акты , природные и техногенные катастрофы , кризисные явления и изменения законодательства, делающие невозможным исполнение обязательств Сторонами в полном объеме.

There is no other context to clarify the meaning of "пересмотр".

renegotiation of contracts/deals/agreements
Explanation:
I think that's the one you're looking for

"Review" does not necessarily involve changing/amending terms.

example:
Are COOL And “Swine Flu” Really Acts Of God When They Reduce ...
www.farmgateblog.com/.../are-cool-and-swine-flu-really-acts...
Jul 27, 2009 – Row crop and small grains producers are familiar with “Acts of God” that ... attempted to terminate or renegotiate their contracts with farmers

My own version was "review", but it seems to me that that "renegotiate" sounds more clear in this context. Thank you very much.

review of existing transactions

Explanation:
"Transactions" sounds more formal, whereas "deals" is somewhat colloquial, in my opinion.

Example sentence(s):
  • "Duty to declare an interest in a proposed or existing transaction or arrangement"
  • "The OIG found that (a) some of the support documents were fabricated from transactions that had previously been reviewed and cleared during the audit."
