Would you please help me to translate (correct the mistakes in my translation into English) the sentence below:

"Результатом рассмотрения спорной ситуации комиссией является определение стороны, несущей ответственность согласно выводу об истинности электронной цифровой подписи Клиента под рассматриваемым документом."

"As a result of the examination of the dispute/claim, the Committee shall establish the party to be held responsible/liable pursuant to the conclusion about validity of the Client's electronic signature to the document under examination".
