Однако "третьих сторон" у них нет: либо со-истцы (joint claimants - см. определение ниже), либо соответчики. Поэтому целесообразно сохранить специфику оригинала и желательно указать, с чьей стороны вступает такое третье лицо: со стороны истца или со стороны ответчика.
