Russian term or phrase: критерий неочевидности (изобретательский уровень)
Не хочу "изобретать велосипед". Наверняка есть перевод (или англоязычный оригинал) выражения, следующего после двоеточия
" Критерию изобретательского уровня не соответствуют:
� дополнение известного средства какой-либо известной частью, присоединяемой к нему по известным правилам, для достижения определенного технического результата; "
