I'm not sure if this should be "know-how". Three different samples here:

При любом использовании рекламных макетов и имиджей товарных знаков, фотоматериалов, проспектов обязательна ссылка на владельца товарного знака и технологии.

2.6 Лицензиар передает необходимую техническую документацию для эффективного использования Товарного знака и технологий Лицензиатом (разновидность и перечень данной документации закреплен в Приложении № 3).

При изменениях в технологии и использовании комплектующих, Лицензиат обязуется согласовывать эти изменения с Лицензиаром.
