Требуется согласие генерального директора на обработку его персональных данных.

Меня интересует одно - здесь ITS personal data или HIS? Вроде по тексту данный назначенный директор мужчина, но это может быть и общая форма соглашения, так что в принципе, можно ли директора здесь и далее по тексту называть it?
