Quashed обычно употребляется (в США) по отношению скорее к повесткам - to quash a subpoena, решения суда are vacated or reversed, хотя reversed может подразумевать больше, чем vacated - не просто отменить решение суда против заявителя, но еще и поменять это решение на решение суда против противоположной стороны процесса, поэтому точнее vacated.
