Russian to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general)
Russian term or phrase: возвращение встречного искового заявления
The literal translation would be "return of the statement of counterclaim". However, I'm wondering whether "withdrawal" would make more sense here than "return". There's little context given as this is from a list of documentary evidence presented to a court.

English translation:return
Explanation:
IMO return is correct here because "возвращение" or "возврат" means that the submitted counterclaim has been returned by a person/entity, which received the document, while withdrawal of a document by its sender in this context would probably be rendered as something like "отзыв" in Russian
