Russian term or phrase: Отменяя решения судов трех инстанций

I am editing a text which refers to a recent resolution of the Supreme Court in favour of the taxpayer. This is what the Supreme Court did: it reversed/overturned the rulings of the courts of three levels of appeal? Any suggestions would be much appreciated
