the translation suggestion is:
Securities Issue – registered by the Committee for Economy and Finance, St. Petersburg Mayor's Office

I am not sure about "Mayor's Office". Do you register issues in the Myer's OFFICE? It sounds a bit awkward to me, but I haven't found a better solution. Maybe somebody knows how to put this or if it is correct?

I don't see that you have any real choice here. The translation has to be "Mayor's Office" and that could be a room, or more likely, a whole building. You could I suppose put something like "City Hall", but that's moving too far away from the original.

I don't see that you have any real choice here. The translation has to be "Mayor's Office" and that could be a room, or more likely, a whole building. You could I suppose put something like "City Hall", but that's moving too far away from the original.
