I'm sorry for delay with the response.
I think it's not about remote conferences here. It's more about voting procedure. In Russia, if a member of the board is absent at the meeting, the member is typically required to send his decision in writing before or after the meeting is held. So I guess that at the meeting concerned, some members were absent (so they simply sent their decisions using a special form), while the others participated in face-to-face discussion. But I’m not sure how to convey this. |
