This term appears in a death certificate. My distionary suggests "focal cardiosclerosis" as a possible translation, but I when I googled this term I got only a few hits. Is there a better way to translate this term? The translation is intended for Canada.

In favor of this version, we can also find such a phrase as “disseminated foci of cardiosclerosis” - http://www.geocities.com/svetlana.gubareva/autopsies/alexand... - related, by the way, to forensic medical examination of after-the-death matters (though prepared in Moscow…).
