Russian term or phrase: ПФ+
I assume this is FP (Fibrillation Potential), but I am confused by the context (mitral valve, no evident pathology) in combination with the + sign. The note that follows indicated that the AV is thickened with some calcification in the non-coronary cusp. Is there a punctuation error here, or do I need another cardiology lesson?

The text reads thus:
МК – без видимой патологии ПФ+.

"Противофаза есть" - posterior motion of posterior mitral leaflet
Explanation:
Normally, at the beginning of diastole the posterior leaflet of mitral valve moves in the opposite direction to that of the anterior.

This is called "противофаза". Alteration of this pattern is the sign of mitral stenosis.

I'm guessing that ПФ = предсердная фибриллация

I find the expression AF+ in many cardiology-related contexts in Google about atrial fibrillation, so....

Asker: Thank you, Gary, but does the construction make any sense to you? It seems like a run-on sentence to me with apples and oranges thrown together (mitral valve and atrial fib, no evident pathology, but atrial fib?!?).
