Thanks. No, I didn't see anything like that in this file or a related file I worked on a while back. I am thinking that these number/letter combos may be someone's notes to self in a file that may have been blended. I think it's odd that they are in red font, whereas the rest of the document is, of course, in black.

because it should be written by English-speaking person - you do not usually put # in Russian (instead of №). Thus "p" should not be "порядок". May be it is the 1-st page?

It is actually an error-ridden text—a modified patent application. Somehow, however, the error printed above is mine. I copied and pasted, or so I thought, what should read: К = 0,69 Т2, где К - константа скорости деструкции, Т2 - время полураспада препарата

Looks like the kinetic equation of a first order reaction, and with a mistake. Should be k = 0.69/T2. 1p just might be 1 порядок - first order, with Latin 'p' instead of Cyrillic?
Or is it a class test with teacher's handwritten remarks and points given? What kind of text is it?
