Russian to English translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals | | Russian term or phrase: Заменить на | Please help me determine what the author intended. My confusion is justified according to this grammarian's analysis: http://langs.ru/change-vs-change/
The meaning, however, is what is important. The issue is the choice of words in a Patient information sheet. The recommendation made as a result of the ethical review was to заменить по тексту термин «рак» на термин «опухоль».
Proper Russian, as I understand, calls for instrumental case, which would make everything perfectly clear. Please clarify what is intended here.
Thank you. |

Asker: Thank you very much for the clarification. I knew "substitute" was not the way to go, but I had the A and B reversed because of confusion over "na"—Thanks!
