In records for pharmaceutical manufacturing:

паспорта на производственные штаммы микроорганизмов

I understand what is meant, but I don't know what the standard term for this would be in English. Log? data sheet?

English translation:data sheet / strain passport

Explanation:
The most universal version would be certainly the "data sheet", however, "strain passport" is also used now (though not widely), see, for example:

Such data sheet ("passport") contains detailed information about the strain, analysis certificates, assay results, etc.

Thanks for your help! I also queried a biologist friend, who said they would probably use "strain log" or "data sheet". Sounds like there is no real consensus on the term even among the experts.
