Natalie, examination need not necessarily be physical and individual. And evaluation is normally the result of the examination as simple common sense suggests. First you examine and then evaluate.

I hope you're not talking about my typing job! It's an abzats in a sentence or vice versa.
But given the context, I suspect the meaning is more like "integrated survey data." I can't imagine that an examination of 30 children could reveal all that info.
