The context:

Исчезли некоторые локальные проявления хронического тонзиллита (симптом Гизе, Зака, Преображенского).

They are obviously people's names, but I don't know how to properly transliterate (back-transliterate?) the first two especially.

Thanks for your help, Anton. I never would have come up with Guisez, not even with my high school French. I tried Gisee and a few other things.
