6. Приготовление буфера для наслаивания (посадочного буфера), pН 9,6. 1,59 г карбоната натрия и 2,93 г гидрокарбоната натрия помещают в химический стакан вместимостью 1000 мл, прибавляют 900 мл воды, перемешивают до полного растворения навески. Доводят рН раствора до (9,60 ± 0,02) гидроксидом натрия (потенциометрически). Раствор количественно переносят в мерную колбу вместимостью 1000 мл, доводят объем раствора водой до метки, перемешивают.

"Буфер для наслаивания" я перевёл как layering buffer.
Интересно, как перевести "посадочный буфер" - и почему он называется "посадочным".

1.59g Sodium Carbonate (Na2 CO3)
2.93g Sodium Bicarbonate (NaH2 CO3)
Add 800ml of distilled water and adjust pH to 9.6
Make up to 1000 ml with distilled water, aliquot into 100ml volumes.
Autoclave. Label and date, store at 2 to 8°C for up to 6 months.

Asker: I've just come across another term: "coating buffer". I discovered that my ELISA procedure is most likely Sandwich ELISA, and "coating buffer" seems to fit.
