В нем отражаются все вопросы, связанные с осуществляемыми собственником или нанимателем помещения платежами за пользование им, за коммунальные услуги, управление и содержание многоквартирного дома. Выписка из финансово-лицевого счета квартиры содержит следующие сведения: 1) Общие конструктивные характеристики помещения (общая и жилая площади, количество комнат, этаж, степень износа, и т.п.); 2) Данные о благоустройстве квартиры и предоставляемых коммунальных услугах (наличие водо- и газоснабжения, центрального отопления, канализации, лифта, мусоропровода, и т.п.); 3) Сведения о лицах, проживающих в квартире.
