Russian term or phrase: общественный капитал
Контекст такой: "В стране сформировался достаточно большой «общественный капитал», основанный на естественной склонности российского трудового населения к объединению и моральной общности, накопился опыт создания и результативной деятельности крупных научно-промышленных корпораций".

Неужто "public capital"? (это, впрочем, очень похоже на финансовый термин)

Все предложение переводить, естественно, не надо :)
