The nearist term may be stenocardia or constriction of the heart (angina pectoris), a well-known heart condition expressed in constricting chest pain which may be accompanied by pain radiating down the arms, up into the jaw, or other sites.

In case there's no misspelling, the only combining form is sino- (from sinus), as in sinoatrial node, a small mass of tissue in the right atrium functioning as a pacemaker of the heart, although no reference to such pathology as sinocardia is found.

Thank you. I am translating an interview that I did with an older Russian woman. She said that she has a heart condition, and she referred to it as sinocardia. She may have meant "stenokardia" - I just wanted to see whether "sinokardia" is a medical term, in case my assumption was wrong.
