Explanation:
Even in Russian – much more given to the Baroque than English – the phrase reads preposterous and, indeed, convoluted ... one supposes, for melodramatic effect, so beloved by Russians.
Hence, I would invert the inversion. Put something like "What other actress exept/but T.S. could dazzle the sinful earth with ... ... etc."
Incidentally,
a) your translation of “грешная“ as "carnal" rather than "sinful" is totally unjustified: all it does is bespeak a rather bigoted attitude to carnality, making it synonymous with sin... pardon me, speaking with respect, and present company excluded.
b) "bless with victory" for "благославлять на победу" is wrong: it's pretty well "благославлять победой", while here the victory is augured rather than granted. That is, she gives her blessings FOR a victory rather than blessing them WITH it.
c) "damned" is a bit too strong: I'd translate “пропащee“ here as "lost" (but not damned... not yet, hopefully...:))
