Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "объективно зафиксировать" в контексте:

Страхователь обязуется сообщать Страховщику в течение 30 (Тридцати) рабочих дней, начиная со дня, когда Страхователю стало известно о нижеуказанных изменениях, любым доступным способом, позволяющим объективно зафиксировать факт сообщения.

Explanation:
"objectively document" is (IMO) a correct but too literary a translation: doesn't sound (to me) "insurance" enough.
