I don't think Explanation: it's a Russian name, Danny. I looked it up in the name etymology site (http://www.behindthename.com/) and it's not there. However, I got 4 google hits when I typed in 'Odraccir'. It looks like a last name (see name 'Ilop Odraccir' in first link below). Definitely European, perhaps Albanian. Definitely not Slavic!
