Russian to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Physics / Radar detection device
Russian term or phrase:схема
Used in a diagram showing the last pass before detecting the target in a radar detection system. I am wondering if "circuit" is correct English usage or if "process" or "gate" makes more sense.
I already have the Russian. It is схема. I am looking for the best English word to translate it in this specific instance. I believe the best is circuit, but in English, it still seems a bit off. The thing in question seems like a processor. Something that analyzes the data at the end of the process and provides the answer. In this case, the answer is a detection.
The word is being used to label a section of a diagram, therefore "flow chart", "diagram", etc. make no sense here. It is being used to represent the last stage of processing or the last node of a system that data passes through. I need to know whether the correct term is circuit, gate, or something of that nature.
