Russian to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Printing & Publishing
Russian term or phrase: последних (in this context)
Визовые стикеры поставляются на отдельных листах формата А4, с расчетом трех визовых этикеток и купонов, размещенных последних на левой стороне.
Is this good Russian? I am taking it to mean с размещением последних...

My version:
Тhe visa stickers should be supplied on separate sheets in A4 format, with three visa labels and coupons, the latter being on the left-hand side.

Or have I got it wrong?

English translation:the latter
Explanation:
.. the latter being positioned on the left side.
(E.g. by stapling)
(Does not sound very Russian. Maybe written by a Ukrainian? Anyway, doesn't admit of any other meaning.)

-> In military and technical work translating Russian documents written by Ukrainians, I often found it fairly evident that the authors were trying to murder the language (as engineers writing in English are fond of doing).
