Обратить внимание на то, чтобы *язычок на подъемном гаке* обеспечивал свободный доступ к гаку для закрепления **кольца шлюпталей** на гак.

Помогите пожалуйста с этими морскими терминами. Что это за язычок такой? И что это за кольца? Шлюптали в словарях есть, а вот колец нет. А ситуация с язычком - Столько вариантов, поди выбери. Всем огромное мерси за любую помощь.

Что касается "колец", предлагаю нестандартное решение - почему бы не назвать их 'rings'?
