(congenital) awkwardness (of fellow Russians)

Explanation:
James Greene:

"Here is a creature that can fly and sing,
The word malleable and flaming,
And *****congenital awkwardness***** is overcome
By inborn rhythm!"

Красивый образ "от рождения неловкого" "creature that can fly and sing"...

Сongenital awkwardness of fellow Russians / fellow countrymen / compatriots ("соотечественники" БЕЗ артикля -- коллеги с the, видимо, только что погорячились).
