Russian term or phrase:

"Our problem is that our employees are not so good at advertising [themselves], public relations, and [providing] information on what we are doing, what we have done, or what we are going to do"

Примечания:
1. Судя по контексту, основная задача "наших сотрудников" не в том, что называют "advertising" или "run/execute a PR campaign", а чем-то другом - поэтому они этого и не умеют
2. В предлагаемом переводе
good = skilful; able to do something well
Пример:
to be good at tennis = уметь играть в теннис
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/good
т.е. глагол, означающий "делать" то, о чем речь ("проводить" в контексте или "играть" в примере), перевода не требует

Пример (сходный по смыслу) - из ссылки (см. ниже)

to wage a publicity campaign

Explanation:
I think that "PR" or even "public relations" sounds too much like self-advertising, which is denied by the previous phrase

build public relations

Explanation:
This phrasing is good in this particular case because it is talking about a regular person's activity, rather than some company or professional, which would be more likely do undertake something serious like a "campaign."

Example sentence(s):
  • Build Public Relations in an Effective Way
  • How to Build Public Relations in Your Community
