sewer - underground channel to carry wastes and (1) rainwater;
sewerage - system of sewers (ie system of underground channels by which waste matter (and rainwater) are carrying away.
So, I believe, if your text is closer to 'kanalizastia' - take the 'sewerage' or 'sewerage system' for 'livnevaja sistema'. If your text is dealt with environment/gardening/nature issues - probably 'rainwater drainage' and 'drainage system' are better. Besides if utilization of wastes and rainwater are compared/differentiated in your text, so it are to be both drainage and sewerage.
I doubt that 'collector' to be used as an equivalent for russian 'kollector', but it's possible i believe.
