После долгих поисков я убедилась, что самое правильное - это, как это ни смешно - просто Surveyor, или Land Surveyor.
Это самый частый и самый емкий термин.
Везде предполагается, что геодезист (Land Surveyor) так и так выполняет все аэрофотогеодезические работы, т.е. похоже, что самое правильное его так и именовать . "Аэро-фото" при этом подразумевается.
Кроме того, получается, что предложение Pashuk правильное по сути, хотя "вживую" я этот термин не нашла.
Пусть не обижаются коллеги, что я в заголовке повторяю их предложения. Я их не вношу второй раз, а просто подтверждаю (см. ниже).
Про остальные предложенные варианты с большой вероятностью могу сказать, что их нет.
Я могла бы и ничего не писать, но чего-то много информации набралось, как-то жалко ее не использовать.
Я проверила по Интернету все сформулированные выше ответы, и нашла только два:
1. То, которое предложил Сергей. Но оно мне встретилось только один раз
2 предложение Pashuk, но в не очень явном виде, об этом я ниже скажу.
Потом я еще посмотрела в Мультитране и нашла подтверждение термину aerial phototopography, т.к.там:
аэрофотогеодезия ==== aerial
phototopography; aerophototopography
Я еще хочу сказать, что Aerial Photographer – это не то. Он только делает снимки. Я там ниже про него тоже ссылку привожу.
Ниже предлагаю 2 текста, которые описывают работу Surveyor’а при обработке аэрофотоснимков , а также взаимоотношения этой профессии с профессией картографа (Mapper).

The surveyor's role in aerial mapping is usually two-fold; to provide horizontal and vertical control for the mapping, and to provide supplemental information for the aerial mapping. The surveyor, under the direction of the aerial mapper, places aerial targets on the ground at positions that will provide adequate visual coverage for the photography. The surveyor will then provide the mapper with a list of coordinates and elevations for each aerial target, which are then used as control to set up the photographic model of the site. Supplemental information provided by the surveyor can include manholes, fire hydrants, or other items not visible by photo. In areas of critical match points, the surveyor may be able to provide information that is more precise than available by aerial mapping.

During this latter period, I was a Certified Photogrammetrist, a Surveyor and Mapper with the State of Florida, and an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach Community College.
In all photo flights with private companies I was primarily an aerial mapper. However I was also in charge of the flight and 100% responsible for it’s successful completion. My obsession with airplanes and my love for them makes my remarks seem slanted toward the airplane rather than my primary job. I cannot apologize for appearing to be more interested in the aircraft than the photography, because I guess I am.
