financial lease

Explanation:
е. financial lease

to puchase [equipment] on financial lease basis

WordNet 1.7.1 Vocabulary Helper
(http://poets.notredame.ac.jp/cgi-bin/wn)

Там lease приравнивается к rental:

1. (1) lease, rental, letting -- (property that is leased or rented out or let)
2. (1) lease -- (a contract granting use or occupation of property during a specified time for a specified payment)
3. lease, term of a contract -- (the period of time during which a contract conveying property to a person is in effect)

http://www.bloomberg.com/analysis/glossary/bfglosl.htm#lease

Lease
A long-term rental agreement, and a form of secured long-term debt.

Lease-purchase agreement

An agreement that allows for portions of lease payments to be used to purchase the leased property.

to buy (purchase...) equipment on the basis of lease-purchase agreement
