Pour la France, il me semble que c'est le gérant qui seul a le pouvoir exclusif de représentation, sauf s'il donne pouvoir à d'autres de ses cadres. Sachant que le gérant peut s'affubler du titre qu'il veut, directeur, directeur général, président, PDG...
