"ок" и "ойль"

Russian term or phrase: "ок" и "ойль"
по-хорошему этот вопрос надо бы в french monolingual, но я не стану позориться со своим французским. :)

вопрос странный и не переводческий, но я не знаю, где еще искать хороших languague professionals, которые могут на подобное ответить, поэтому надеюсь, что меня простят.

интересуют любые статьи, книги, монографии и любая другая информация - что угодно о диалектах "ок" и "ойль" (юг и север Франции соответственно). загвоздка в том, что информация ищется либо на русском, либо на английском. можно на латинском.

особенно интересует положение вещей в XIII в. суть в том, что нужно понять, как разговаривали трубадуры. :) на что тогда был похож сам язык.

спасибо заранее, и еще раз простите, если я катастрофически не в тему. спасибо.
